Let's assume,
A can do the work in x days
B can do the work in x/2 days
C can do the work in x/3 days
Together they in 1 day do = ( 1/x + 2/x + 3/x) portion
Now, 1/x + 2/x + 3/x = 1/2
1 + 2 + 3/x = 1/2
x = 12
B can do the work in = 12/2 = 6 days
